Why have they increased?

On July 25, 2003 regular meeting the Board of Commissioners approved Resolution 679, which adopted rate increases for water & sewer for a period of five years, ie, 2003 through 2008.

What are the new rates for 2008?

The new rates for 2008 are:
Water Base Charge $28.26
Sewer Base Charge $99.38
Total Basic Charge: $127.64
Overage Charge: $.0357/cu ft
