Getting Water or Sewer service
Usually when you move into an existing house water and
sewer service is already hooked up and working. If you are building a
new house please see our section on obtaining a permit to
connect to the water/sewer system, or click here.
If you already have running water & working sewer
In this case all you need to do as the new owner of the property is
contact the district and notifiy us. We will need your name, street address,
mailing address (if different), and a phone number.
Renters
Statements for water/sewer accounts will only be sent to property owners. The District does not provide duplicate copies to tenants or renters.
An original bill will be regularly mailed to the property owner’s mailing address provided. Additionally, as a courtesy, property management companies representing the property will receive a copy of the billing statement for each billing cycle.
The District office is available to provide an account balance or assist with billing questions you as a renter may have. Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
When will I be billed?
We send out our bills every two months. Please contact the district
directly to find out when your next bill will be sent out.
